For wild marine animals

If you find a sick, injured or orphaned turtle, shark, ray or other fish please fill out the form below.

If you observe a wild marine animal that you think is in distress we recommend you contact our team or WIRES immediately to report it and get professional support rather than attempting to approach or handle the animal by yourself. 

If the case is urgent please follow up the report form with a phone call:

In December 2019, our SEA LIFE rescue team helped relocate a Critically Endangered, female, Grey Nurse Shark from Lake Conjola in NSW and safely released her into the waters off Ulladulla Harbour.

In April 2019, the SEA LIFE Sydney team rescued a struggling Green Sea Turtle in Dolans Bay NSW. After being in our Animal Rescue Centre for a few weeks she was back to her full strength and was able to be released.
